This is a Rock Shield and id designed to press into the outer edge of the stock wheel. In most cases no glue is needed but if you want extra security add a bit of e6000 to them so they stay, the slot is there so you can pry it off when removing the wheel. They stay on for me so far jumping and bashing a few testers did knock them loose. So glue as you see fit, no adhesive! LOL
